Process explained – Choosing of fabric (Immediate or may be two to three days in case a sample is required) – Availability of fabric ( A call away to confirm the stock) – Sourcing of fabric to Chennai destination( 7 to 8 days through transport from Mumbai, Bhiwandi, Bhilwara or Ahmedabad) – Transportation of fabric from our location to the stitching unit (1 day)- Based on slots the stitching time and days are allocated (10 to 15 days)- Embroidery unit (Three days) – Stitching + Buttoning + Ironing and Packing (Two days) – Back to our location (One day) – Delivery of Uniforms (One day) Total days required – 30 to 35 days .
